Analyst - Project Finance - BFSI

Job Description:

The selected professional would be responsible for :

- Industry and financial analysis

- Assisting in origination and business development

- Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis

- Due diligence, preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes

- Negotiation of term sheets

- Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation

- Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities

- Monitoring of assets

Role Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA/ CA/ CFA

- Experience: 2-4 years relevant work experience

- Strong analytical and modelling skills

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Good Interpersonal and relationship management skills
