RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage month-end close processes for asset capitalization and project close outs.

- Single point of contact for capital expense related queries from Business Units, Legal entity Controllers etc.

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in managing various audit and other disclosure requirements.

- Partner with global finance teams in key initiatives.

- Work closely with other members of the real estate and business services finance team to ensure integration and collaboration with other business managers across various geographies.
