Role : Process Excellence for business support function

About Role :

- You will be responsible for blending strategic thinking, advising on developing and defining operational strategies to help our clients around the world solve their most critical problems.

- Within Operations Practice, Service Operations is a rapidly growing service line with deep functional expertise implementing holistic transformation of corporate and business functions (e.g., HR, finance, IT, legal) across improvement levels (e.g., demand management, outsourcing and offshoring, global shared services, lean, IT-enablement) to deliver significant and sustainable cost impact.

- We provide a unique set of tools and techniques to help clients identify opportunities for improvement and implement a new future state of business support functions.

- The role of the Analyst in the team will be to work with s in various engagements to deliver benchmarking analysis and highly synthesized insights. The role also plays a key role in building the knowledge of the Firm on support function transformation . You will be part of a global team located across Europe, Americas and India.

- In the beginning, the scope of this role will have a specific regional focus, e.g. predominantly Europe and Africa or the Americas. So, although the position is situated at the Gurgaon, the successful candidate will work closely with our European or North American knowledge teams and consultants.

Key responsibilities :

- Deliver benchmarking analysis, highly relevant synthesized information, original analysis and insight via our proprietary database and some field/primary research on business support function transformation to consultants engaged in client service and clientele development.

- Run and help maintain the contents of the widely acclaimed proprietary databases on performance of support function

- Contribute to building the business support function service line practice by creating leading-edge capabilities for diagnostics of support functions and application of optimization levers like offshoring/outsourcing, centralization of shared services, demand management, IT enablement, application of - lean- principles and organizational redesign

- Occasionally serve as a full-time member on client service teams at client locations

- Contribute to qualifications packs and support creation of LOPs

- Proactively create reusable knowledge products that capture the insights gained from engagements and changes in business environment

- Coach and mentor junior analysts when appropriate

Qualifications & Skills required :

- Applicants should have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or Master's degree from a reputed institute

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Superior problem solving, and analytical skills

- Sound business knowledge

- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment

- Exhibit self-motivation and highly service-orientated work either
