Analyst - Private Equity/Investment Banking

Opening - Investment Banking-Private Equity Analyst

Location - BKC, Mumbai

Company - One of the leading Investment Bank

Role Summary:

- Work as part of the internal deal team, on key aspects related to target company's positioning, valuation and structuring options

- Create deal documentation including but not limited to investment memoranda, briefing documents and periodic updates (monthly/ quarterly - for internal as well as external communication)

- Support evaluation and execution of the due diligence process, leveraging internal and external subject matter experts as required

- Build an understanding of the PE regulatory restrictions/options for investment structures/ standard legal principles and apply knowledge to recommend ideas/find solutions

- Support in portfolio company management to achieve business plans and assist in building exit strategies (as required)

- Continuously evaluate the environment to benchmark the performance of the portfolio companies with its peers

- Build favorable relationships at the appropriate level within the portfolio companies

- Assist the team in preparing presentations/documentation for interactions with multiple internal and external stake-holders

Here are some important things to consider:

- We are looking for Graduate/PostGraduate candidates from good colleges

- Prior Private Equity/Investment Banking/ related financial services experience (at least 6 months) is required

- The team is based out of Delhi - must be currently based out of Delhi / willing to relocate to Delhi as required

- Should be a self-starter with a high energy level, and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent written & spoken English is a must
