Analyst - Operational Analytics - Finance Domain - Bank

The position is with the global platform of a global bank

Responsibilities / Tasks

- Perform support to onshore FD/M's with matters related to operational analytics

- Support adhoc queries and report requirements of the FD/M's in a timely & accurate manager.

- Will include one off requests, fire drills and cost allocation enquiries

- Provide accurate and timely Flash, Provider, Client view variance analysis

- Form relationships with offshore DKS production to understand error root-cause and improve future booking procedures

- Prepare management updates on key projects, financial controls, ongoing operational initiatives, financials and related activities.

- Improve financial control activities around accruals, spend governance, cost bookings, error root-cause and correction

- Keep all operational guidelines updated and ensure adherence to standards, procedures and also identify plan to mitigate risks where-ever there is a control issue

- Work closely with onshore partners on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives

- Own future CFO financial tool-set administration and governance

- Compliance to PSC governance policies and procedures around process maps, standard operating procedures and KPI reporting.

Experience/ Exposure :

- 1-2 years finance experience in a cross-cultural organization

- Fluency in English both speaking and writing is a must

Education/ Qualifications - Post-Graduate/Graduate in Finance, CA preferable
