- Monitoring and analysing on-line consumer behaviour/conversations using wide range of listening platforms.
- Provide timely support for all crisis monitoring or ad hoc requests with analytics as well as community support data exports
- Responsible for weekly updates on key issues and monthly reporting.
- Identify optimization opportunities and develop innovative reporting methodologies.
- Utilize social analytics platform to analyse social media conversations to garner insights for reporting.
- Monitor corporate brand activity over time to understand reputation, demographics, consumer perceptions, attitudes, behaviours, and affinities, and how they vary across our categories and competitors.
Competencies :
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in analytical, data interpretation, and critical thinking skills.
- Hands on experience with statistical concepts of predictive modelling (Linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests).
- Working knowledge of R/Python with different libraries.
- Interpretation of model results for better business understanding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Series Forecasting concepts like ARIMA, ARIMAX, Exponential Smoothing Holtwinters.
