Analyst - Microfinance Rating

Educational qualifications/desired work experience

- Relevant post graduate degree

- At least 5-6 years’ experience in MCril/Microfinance rating

Essential knowledge/experience

- Excellent analysis skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrable ability to translate complicated raw data into key messages for stakeholders operating at a variety of levels

- Ability to prepare and analyse business plans

- Proven ability to prepare detailed fundraising forecasts and budgets

- Advanced Excel skills

- Presentation and facilitation skills

- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills with experience of and an aptitude for strategic planning

- Ability to travel

- Fluency in English
