Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to support business development efforts.
- Analyze data and compile reports to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral to support sales and promotional activities.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Head of Marketing, Business Development & Contract Manufacturing
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records, including contact lists, expense reports, and departmental budgets.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the Head.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries, forwarding messages as necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of business development and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication to ensure smooth project execution.
Event Planning and Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, signage, and promotional materials.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive attendee experience.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in administrative support roles, preferably in Business Development or Marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Specially word, excel and PPT
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
