Analyst/Manager - Information Services - FMCG

Job Description :

This person would play dual roles :

(a) Affiliate Business Engagement (BE) SPOC for assigned functions.

(b) IT Planner for IT function.

- He/she is responsible for understanding and supporting business needs and priorities including capturing business requirements and translation the same into technical requirements (new solutions / enhancements / improvements in existing live solutions) to meet business needs. He / She shall be the first point of contact for support / escalations related to assigned functions.

- Guide business to enhance their understanding, establish long-term needs and drive solutions/process improvements. This position requires substantial experience with business software/solutions and it requires patience with end users and relentless attention to detail and incremental improvement. This position is expected to understand and support business needs and priorities with IT systems/solutions and services

Main KRA's of the role are as follows :

- IT Business Partner & Project Manager.

- Support Business needs with IT/IS System solutions.

- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Coordinate with service provider to deliver solutions suing project management practices.

- Generating demand for IS(Information security) capabilities by increasing awareness.

- Support business strategies by delivering solutions.

- Maintain customer focused reliable services embracing service management best practices.

- Implement LEAN IS program, building continuous improvement culture.

- Plan and monitor IS Budget.
