Sales and productivity Analyst / Lead What's the job? Are you customer-focused, analytical, strategic and yet execution focused? We are looking for an experienced techno-commercial Sales Productivity Lead to join our business team. You will report to the Head of Sales Operations, Analytics and Business Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for 2 key verticals: (i) Sales Productivity: You will be expected to partner with the Head of Sales and his team of directs to enable the sales team effectively achieve their goals by sharing timely & periodic advice based on the team's performance data. You will be expected to be on top of the sales funnels for both fields as well as tele sales teams and guide them on areas for improvement. (ii) Sales Technology: You understand sales enabling technologies such as CRM systems well and their associated integrations with lead sources, web pages, etc. to meaningfully create an integrated solution that captures all data. You are also able to decide the workflows needed to be created in the CRM such that sales teams have a seamless process and the business can gather as much intelligence from the customer. (iii) This is an Individual contributor role for now, but you will have dedicated support from agencies to manage and implement the CRM and create reporting structures for sales. You will have to create CRM strategies that will be implemented by specialists. Sales Productivity: - Enable sales teams and the chief business officer with weekly insights on sales performance & sales pipeline - Effectively automate sales processes within the CRM to make CRM adherence a part of regular life for sales agents - Make CRM usage as a strategic differentiator for driving superior sales performance Sales technology: - Enable business teams with adequate and working infrastructure to support automated lead capture from various campaigns (marketing, engagement etc.) and pass on leads in real-time to sales teams - Develop scalable solutions by working with marketing, business and product/technology teams to integrate the CRM with relevant data sources - Support the business team in creating an IP by leveraging all tech functions available in the CRM and integrated systems Requirements: - 10 to 12 years overall work experience. 3-4 years of experience in managing sales productivity and working closely with on-field and remote sales teams across eCommerce, SaaS or tech start-up domains. - Must have experience in sales technologies like CRM management, integrations and sales processes in the new-age tech industry/Startup industry. - Willingness to experiment and work independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment - The candidate must be good with numbers and must be able to craft an intelligent story - Preferred Tier 1 engineering degree in a technology field / MBA from a premier B-school is a plus.
