Analyst - Land Acquisitions
Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting in the development, execution, and management of the organization's investment strategy in the real estate sector across Bangalore.
- Identify investment opportunities, assess risks, and ensure the optimization the organization's investment portfolio in line with the investment strategy and growth targets for Bangalore city
- Establish complete ownership over the entire, end-to-end deal evaluation, due diligence and execution process including preliminary screening of opportunities, detailed evaluation including rigorous valuation, assessment of potential risks and upsides.
- Be well versed with laws of the land related to approvals, licenses, agreements, taxation, compliance, legal etc. From time to time work with specialists, partners or other stakeholders to propose a fool proof plan around land assets.
- Conduct 3rd party paid diligence including commercial, financial, legal and tax advisors.
- Create detailed IM decks, financial models, risk registers/matrices, pipeline and due diligence updates regularly

Mandatory Requirements:
1. MBA from a reputed institute
2. 3-5 years of total work experience
3. Work experience in Real Estate developers only
4. Experience of feasibility studies, commercial and technical due diligence and coordination between multiple functions in a real estate development setup
5. Familiarity with the entire real estate development cycle and different asset classes
6. Hands-on experience of financial modeling, various due diligence processes
