Investment Analyst Role : Investment Analyst Reports to: Managing Partners Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai (onsite) Role Description : - Research evolving trends and develop on investment opportunities. - Shall assist the senior leaders in preparing, analyzing, and tracking industry/companies - should understand basic principle of valuation - Prepare and evaluate financial and operational metrics, ratios of companies & peers to understand financial health of companies in discussion; Industry/sector research and mapping; basic presentation skills - Monitor progress of portfolio companies - publishing scorecards and progress reports on portfolio companies Desired Skills : - Academics - Undergraduate, CFA, CA, or MBA from premium B school is a bonus - Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skill - Preferred previous background: Capital markets, investment banking, equity research, investment research, venture capital /private equity, financial analytics, etc. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create strong relationships with entrepreneurs, other investors
