Job Description:

- Perform in-depth financial analysis of target companies, including revenue and cost drivers, profitability, and liquidity.

- Conduct due diligence on financial statements, accounting policies, and business operations.

- Prepare detailed presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in various systems.

- Stay informed on current market trends and industry developments relevant to the investment banking sector.

- Work collaboratively with senior team members to ensure the successful execution of transactions.
