Qualifications Required: CA / MBA in Finance

Job Location: Indore / Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Focus on Deal Execution and Deal Support

2. Key Deliverables - Preparing Pitch Deck, Financial Model and Valuation approach, Work on detailed Financial Due Diligence.

3. Work on Corporate Finance aspect - Fund Raise etc.

4. Advance Excel & Financial Modelling skill is a must.

5. Work closely with CEO of the firm (Offices in Gurgaon / Indore)
