Analyst - Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide valuation analysis including discounted cash flows, relative valuations, asset valuations

- Preparation and review of investment memoranda, management presentations, board decks, and pitch books

- Prepare financial models and perform financial analysis of companies

- Conduct industry, market & product research

- Being responsible for monitoring and evaluating current events, valuation, and other financial information

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity

- Analyzing financial information relating to specific companies, e.g. company results, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

- Perform fundamental analysis of a specific industry and/or emerging trend to identify the best-positioned companies in which to invest

Job Requirements:

- Fresher(MBA-Finance) or equivalent qualification

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role

- Ability to work independently and on tight deadlines

- Ability to evaluate businesses from operational and financial angles

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

- Strong financial modeling/valuation skills

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
