Job Description :

This department focuses on bringing strategic insights into merchant banking, private equity, M&A and other fund raising transactions. The services provided by the IB team include aspects like negotiation with prospective clients, preparation of documents that are significant for shaping a deal, seeking our potential investors for the transaction, and closing the transaction with unmatched quality.

The list involves :

- Gathering, analyzing and interpreting numerical and other company information, assupplied by the company as well as obtained from secondary research.

- Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns, and judging the investment potential of the project.

- Providing investment advice, tactics and recommendations after preparation of required documents.

- Preparing legal documents and taking care of any legal repercussions.

- Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and financial experts in order to close the deal with optimal quality.
