GHRSS : Analyst Business Unit Overview: Global HR Data administration will include managing data transactions records, carrying out data entry updates in HR systems, generation of letters and preparing standardized reports. Candidate will also support answering queries from employees/contingent workers that are routed through the HR teams regionally with reference to data stored in HR systems. Candidate would also be required to manage Reconciliation Process on maintaining data quality, invoice reconciliation a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and prepare reconciliation files for monthly SH signoff Position Specifications: Corporate Title - Analyst Functional Title: Senior Analyst Experience : 2- 5 years &nbsp;Role &amp; Responsibilities: - On-boarding, Off-boarding activities &amp; data management for entire employee life cycle in the PeopleSoft HRMS system. - Employee References: Responding to requests from employees and third party - Generation of Confirmation letters &amp; Offer letters. - Support preparing standardized reports, and fulfil ad-hoc requests if any. - Reporting and presentation of findings of the reconciliation exercise to stakeholder. - Reconcile salary sacrifice accounts, analysis on AV reconciliation; download details from Multiview application, pass journal entries in to FLIT application and finalizing the accounts with approval for sign off as a part of the Benefits Invoice reconciliation process. - Liaise with Benefits teams on pending invoices and regional payroll team on benefit payments. - Global learning administration and Global Performance management - Absence queries across AEJ and EMEA Key Skills: - Experience in Workforce Administration and Recruiting module. - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with extraordinary attention to details and accuracy. - Experience working with / liaising with IT and able to understand downstream effects are desirable. - Excellent computer skills - advanced Excel skills preferred. - Takes new initiatives/projects to improve working methods/solve issues - A good team player and keen learner.
