Analyst - Founder's Office - EduTech (1-3 yrs)
Role Definition:
We are looking for a smart, entrepreneurial and data driven individual to join the Founder's Office. This individual will work directly with the founders on overseeing existing products and operations, as well as building new products. They will get a first hand view of overseeing a high-growth company.
This person will be responsible for:
1. Working directly with the founders on monitoring existing business functions by building relevant reporting and analytics
2. Building strategies to continuously improve these business functions and focusing on operational improvements
3. Ideating on new products based on company and team requirement
4. Shadow the founders and lead building these new products and implementing new projects
Who are we looking for?
5. Qualification: Bachelor's degree completed from a Tier-1 college (IIT / NITs / top tier)
6. Work Experience: ~1-4 years of work experience ideally working in consulting / banking / business analytics environment
7. Proficiency with Excel; should be data driven and have strong analytical skills to generate and interpret numbers and reports
8. Should have a go-getter attitude to solve problems; take an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and hit the ground running
