Purpose of the Job :

- Deliver 'Tomorrow's Answers Today'. Be an important part of India CEO's office for the Organisation in India& Far East.

- Supporting India business in variety of strategic initiatives.

- Major challenge is to maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships within the scope of India & Far East business.

- Bring strategic focus and operational efficiency to ensure the company and our business leaders can deliver on promises made externally and internally.

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities :

1. Regularly monitors & reports to the CEO about the progress of strategic initiatives, special projects, business performance, and key performance metrics and highlights significant deviations with Analytical insights.

2. Oversee large, often cross-functional initiative; unlock blockers, suggest improvements and bring together stakeholders to help drive decisions.

3. Provide information needed for effective decision making through research and benchmarking

4. Work cross-functionally to develop, execute, and analyse initiatives with key business partners. Lead few high impact cross functional projects from conceptualization to successful execution

5. Explore, plan and execute strategic partnerships with external entities

6. Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.

7. Assessing market trends and competitors and provide meaning insight for process/profitability improvements

8. Identifying threats and opportunities.

9. Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions

Education / Experience :

- Engineering from a top institute in India, preferably IIT or NIT

- MBA from top institutes, IIM/ISB/XLRI (Preferably ISB)

- Experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG set-up
