Research &amp; Origination : - Dovetailing categories to identify key trends and companies for potential credit investment using the available databases - Understand and research the category and prepare comprehensive category reports for management discussions - Tracking key category trends, developments, opportunities, and risks - Develop and manage relationships with bankers, consultants, other players in the market to source transactions Assessment &amp; Evaluation : - Comprehensive financial analysis covering P&amp;L, balance sheet, working capital, cashflow assessment - Understanding the business model and preparation of financial model - Benchmarking with competitors on various metrics - Support in preparation of investment memos and investment notes prepared for IC/management approval. Execution &amp; Portfolio Management : - Engaging with various intermediaries, internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful closure of transactions - Preparation of term sheet, sanction letter, and review of documentation - Follow-up on conditions subsequent (including the closure of security perfection formalities) - Preparation of marketing and other collaterals required for fund-raising and periodic investor updates - Periodic monitoring of company's cashflows, financials, and preparing periodic update notes for management review. Education : B.Tech or Any Grad + CFA or CA
