A LEADING CONSULTING FIRM IS LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING PROFESSIONAL FOR CHENNAI LOCATION.

Position: Analyst (Level : 5)

Quafication: CA

Exp: 10+yrs

Location: Chennai

Skills: Core Financial Reporting, IFRS

Preferable:

- Preference to be given to candidates with a BPO experience with reputed banking clients.

- Experience of transitioning & setting up complex financial reporting processes from onshore locations.

Job Description: Head service delivery of a function which delivers Financial Reporting deliverables including but not limited to:

- Accurate reporting and filing of SEC periodic reports.

- Preparation of other SEC filings

- Assist in ensuring local GAAP compliances

- Assist in Local GAAP (i.e.US, Swiss) & IFRS reporting

- Assist in developing and managing local statutory bodies filing

- Coordinating, planning, and executing the financial reporting components for the external audit.

- Supporting and assisting the internal audit function and the initial implementation and ongoing SOX compliance requirements.

- Leading all financial research efforts. Analyze, research and conclude on new and proposed accounting, reporting.
