Client - Global Financial Services Firm Location - Bengaluru Level - Analyst Years of experience - 6 months to 3 Years Our client which is a global banking firm, is looking for an MBA/ CA with experience in Financial Planning and Analysis space - Budgeting/ Revenue & Expense Management / Variance & trend analysis. The role will be part of a core business of the firm and will be responsible to provide timely and accurate insight of the Division's Financials ( Revenue & Expense ) to key management and stakeholders. Specific responsibilities of the team include: - Reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics to divisional leadership - Drive Business planning and forecasting for the division (both revenues and expenses) - Management and control of the division's expense base - Compensation modeling and margin impact analysis - Liaison with business unit's CFOs,Regional finance teams and Controllers Job Responsibilities: - Report on Client Revenue Metrics - top clients of division, frequency of revenue generation, etc. - Drive monthly and YTD revenue reporting by deal size and product - Oversee system used to report profitability by industry - Track and analyze market share (merger, equity, high yield and inv grade) globally and by region - Report and analyze expenses by region and at the divisional level - Analyze travel and entertainment spend to drive syndication rates - Client Profitability and Competitor Analysis Basic Qualifications: - Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field - Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills - Strong quantitative and technical abilities - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products Preferred Qualifications: - Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented - Strong client service orientation - Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
