Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

- Performs and analyzes financial modeling, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements.

- Provide analytical and business partnering support & insights to optimize performance, including financial statement analysis, KPIs, business performance commentary, and forecasting to various levels of management

- Preparing monthly/quarterly/ yearly reports, preparation of the strategic plans and the annual operating plan

- Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools

- Presentations in QBR s related to finance to the Sr leadership who operates from US

Preferred Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibility, especially with exposure to international operations and R&D preferably

- CA qualified with FP&A experience in a MNC is a preferred

- Business Partnering experience

- Strong, professional communication and writing skills

- Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

- Ability to create complex Financial models in Excel -Experience in building BI Reporting by using Power BI or similar BI Tool and SAP experience
