Analyst

Basic Qualifications:

- Any degree accounting/finance, or related field

- 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience

- Establish, document, and oversee workflow for new locations, site implementations, and new entities as a result of corporate growth, mass population transfers between entities, and/or mergers and acquisitions.

- Gather and document business requirements. Help design and develop new and improved processes, tools and system enhancements to support business unit requirements. Partner with HRIS developers in testing for system fixes, new releases/ enhancements, and implementations to ensure functionality with user acceptance.

- Prepare documentation for internal programs, which includes creating training programs and documentation.

- Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents. Data- mapping and coding in and /or to Pay Force, update and maintenance of codes in ADP Platforms (Pay Force, Connect and Reporting).

- Act as contact for system issues or problems. Troubleshoot, identify and track software and hardware issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational. Develop recommendations and coordinate issue resolution with HRIS and outside service providers based on business unit priorities.

- Work with IT partners, functional analysts and vendors on medium projects to coordinate system enhancements. Track project progress and provide updates to impacted parties. Communicate new system functionality to department and assist users in understanding implications.

- End-user support and training - UAT testing

- Work experience in public accounting or internal audit

- Solid organizational and project management skills

- Strong desire to exceed expectations

- Strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills

- Report creation experience from ADP Reporting and PeopleSoft Query

- Knowledge of SQL queries and excel macro experience
