Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Work with the Assurance practice to execute Assurance and related attestation services for clients

- Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships

- Build and manage a team of Assurance professionals

The Individual :

- Be a qualified CA (Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)

- Have a minimum of 6 months years post qualification experience in Assurance in a similar environment (Assurance and Accounting firms)

- Specialist knowledge and experience of Assurance in India / overseas / sector focus will be an advantage

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability and experience to communicate at all levels within an organization

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad

- Must have proven supervision and coaching skills, ability to delegate, technical skills, the ability to motivate engagement teams and manage multiple engagements

- 3 rounds of personal interviews to assess clarity on commitment, concepts, communication skills and attitude
