- The role impacts the investors group deeply, where they take advice on the intrinsic check points/inquiries on both their current and potential future holdings.

- The role deep dives further into specific sectors/industries/firms where potential IPO situation is high

- Detailed review and analysis of Annual Reports, study of Accounting Practices, Board composition etc

- Comparative study within the industry/competing/peer firms to draw up analysis which will throw more insights

- The role has a deep impact in the DRHP filing situations, the person will be the primary resource who will share critical insights on the risk factors looking at the past history

- The role strengthens the regular equity research team review on specific sector/industry/firms

- The role will gradually also focus on Environment Social Governance framework and will make a deep impact for clients

- The role over a period of 18 to 24 months can move into a client facing
