Analyst - Equity Capital Markets

- Working knowledge of regulations - SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws

- Knowledge of the processes within Capital Market transactions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision

- Proven efficiency in MS Office products - Word, Excel, Power Point

- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes

- Willingness to travel

Qualification

- 2-3 years in an Investment Bank with experience of Corporate Finance execution related to Equity Capital Markets

- MBA / CA with relevant experience
