Educational Requirement :

- CA/CFA/MBA Strong command over MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience in Merchant Banking with familiarity of ECM and norms of SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Companies Act, etc. will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience.

- Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind.

- Good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

- Making Pitch Decks, Investor Presentations and Financial model.

- Team member for coordination, execution and client management.

- Core team member for ECM transactions.
