Analyst - Enterprise Value Targeting - Financial Process Support

Level: Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification: C.A, or M.B.A with at least 0 to 3 years of Management Consulting experience is preferred.

Essential Skills:

- A CA with articleship or experience in the big 4s or well-known leading local firms OR an MBA Finance in one of the leading B schools.

- Good communication skills

- If not a fresher, experience should be Consulting experience.

- Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze large volumes of data, interpret the trends and produce results in presentable manner

- Should possess advanced excel skills and PPT skills with minimum 4+ years of working experience.

- Should be well-versed in Finance processes with 2 to 3 years of experience. (M&A activities, finance modelling,etc)

- Should have functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e. Plan, design, Build, Test and Deploy

- Experience on shared service feasibility studies would be desirable.

Key responsibilities may include:

- The role is a high impact, high visibility role that leads to tip of the spear work for Accenture, has opportunities to interact and work with company leadership across organization boundaries, gives visibility and understanding of operational level integrity and issues of clients across industries.

- Asset Building: Support activities (content development, design, build, test, launch, etc.) associated with the functional and industry level growth of Accenture's bench-marking capability.

- Client Delivery Support: Support delivery activities (data validation, report generation, client communication, etc.) for selected bench-marking projects.

- Operations/Maintenance Support: Support in internal team operational activities like tracking status, updating trackers, updating communication materials, addressing to internal queries, etc.

- Candidate should be self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to connect with leadership

- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
