Analyst - Electronic Trading/Client Onboarding - Global Markets

Position Specifications:

Corporate Title - Analyst

Experience - 2-3 years

Qualification - Graduate B.Com/ B.Sc/ IT, or post-graduate MBA

Job Location - Mumbai Powai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for working with regional stakeholders in EMEA/Asia/US to enable client traders to trade electronically on various execution platforms like Bloomberg, Fidessa, Tradeweb and MarketAxess.

- Core BAU tasks will involve mapping Buy side clients on internal applications and etrading platforms to trade electronically.

- Lead change initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and creating efficiencies within the Client Service function in Global Markets Powai.

- Manage Regulatory change projects that impact electronic trading offering.

- Partner with regional eTrading leads and product managers to support the development of electronic trading capabilities.

- Ability to take initiatives to automate some of the repetitive manual BAU tasks.

Work as part of a global team providing 24x6 follow-the-sun coverage to clients, taking direction from on-shore colleagues in Hong Kong, London, New York, Japan.

- Manage Client/Vendor FIX onboarding process front to back from UAT to Production go-live

Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum 2/3 years of experience working within markets.

- Knowledge of OTC and Cash FX/Fixed Income products , global futures & options products and markets is desirable - as is exposure to electronic trading.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical.

- Hands-on Python or VBA macros and technology mind-set is a must. exposure to FIX protocol and basic UNIX is essential
