The Role:
Will own key marketing channels like FB, Google, Display, Email, Affiliate, etc
- Drive acquisition targets - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly for Candidate & Interviewer
- Coordinate with internal team for regular reporting
- Responsible for budget management
- Should leverage data to understand the user conversion and engagement funnel & design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics
- Should come up with the new idea for campaigns & landing pages
- Should have knowledge of A/B testing
- Can understand HTML code & work with tech to deliver
- Very good understanding of Google Analytics
- Ensure timely reporting of marketing results to a management team.
- Familiarity with SEO tools
- Work on Off-page optimization
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
Salary range - 7-8 lacs (25% variable pay)
