Analyst - Debt/Venture Capital Fund

This opening is related to company's investment funds activity in Asia Pacific to provide senior and subordinated debt to micro-finance institutions and other financial institutions.

Your main tasks :

- Providing transaction support to Investment Officers on transactions, including support on desk and on-site diligence, financial analysis and transaction closure

- Conduct research across financial institution sectors including micro-finance, vehicle finance, housing finance, SME finance, etc.

- Monitoring of portfolio investments as well as of the markets in which they are operating

- Provide day-to-day operations support to credit risk management and transaction management teams within the company

- Liaising with team located in the Asia Pacific region and in head office

Your experience, skills :

- Degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field from a top institution.

- One or two years of experience in consulting or financial/investment experience

- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills

- Strong financial modeling and accounting skills, proficiency with spreadsheets

- Excellent oral and written English; preferably 1 or 2 South Asian languages

- High degree of initiative, reliability and willingness to learn

- Transparency and interpersonal skills
