Location: Mumbai Your Employer: A leading, global group with billions of assets under management providing comprehensive financial services serving millions of customers Responsibilities: - Supporting the development of data privacy policies, procedures and guidance on Data Subject Access Request processes - Promoting efficiency of corporate compliance with Data Subject Access Request legislation and processes - Ensuring &amp; promoting efficiency and effectiveness in use of information assets while ensuring standards and systems meet core guidelines and quality standards - Managing the relationship with regulatory while acting as Information Commissioners Office liaison point for general communication and correspondence - Supporting the subject access requests, data breaches, client requests for information and other queries - Working very closely with stake holders across various teams like legal, Data Security to improve privacy programs. - Supporting in training and development of individuals and per requests - Giving feedback to 1st line on recommendations for management action in response to data protection incidents and breaches.
