Data (Banking Analytics) Analyst + Python

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:

- Analyze large datasets related to savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits to extract meaningful insights.

- Interpret financial data trends, customer behavior, and transaction patterns.

2. Liabilities Management:

- Manage and analyze data pertaining to liabilities, ensuring efficient handling of savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits.

- Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing liabilities portfolio based on data-driven insights.

3. Customer Segmentation and Targeting:

- Implement customer segmentation strategies based on liabilities data, enabling targeted marketing campaigns.

- Utilize data analysis to identify high-value customer segments for personalized offerings.

4. Risk Assessment and Compliance:

- Conduct risk analysis associated with liabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting deposit products and implement necessary adjustments.

5. Forecasting and Strategic Planning:

- Utilize data analytics to forecast deposit trends, supporting strategic planning for liabilities management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals and objectives.

6. Visualization and Reporting:

- Create clear and insightful visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly for effective communication of data findings.

- Generate regular reports on liabilities performance, presenting key metrics to stakeholders.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and compliance, to enhance the overall understanding of liabilities data.

Requirements:

1. With 4 to 5 years of banking analytics experience

2. Data Analyst profile with good domain understanding

3. Good with Python and worked on Liabilities (Mandatory)

4. For Liabilities Should have worked on (Saving A/c, FD,RD) (Mandatory)

5. Good with stakeholder management and requirement gathering
