POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with Practice Areas on regular data collection efforts, including documentation and standardization of process and methodology
- Review incoming client data, validate it, and work with PA leads to update and refine client data so it meets quality level required
- Upload data to relevant benchmarking models, databases, and proprietary tools, and participate in building and refining models (with goal of migrating from Excel/Access to more advanced platforms)
- Perform performance benchmarking analysis, including creating peer groups, completing analysis based on firms performance assessment framework as well as custom topics for specific clients
- Produce feedback decks for clients, including reviewing them with PA leads
- Receive and deliver ad-hoc requests from case and proposal teams to leverage benchmarking databases
- Manage existing databases, ensuring data integrity and data usability by PA leads. On request, develop additional analytical formulas, output sheets and tools to partially automate generation of PowerPoint feedback decks.
- Over time, improve capabilities of the Excel databases and lead the development and implementation of new tools (e.g., Excel VBA/SQL based tools, web access portals, simulators, etc.)
