Analyst - Credit Team - Real Estate Oriented NBFC

This role is from a leading real estate oriented NBFC for hiring into their credit team. The NBFC is part of a leading global real estate investment group with a significant portfolio in India

You will be part of a small, crack team that has large PE backing and has closed numerous credit transactions by lending to marquee residential projects across India.

Your role will include participating in the deal origination effort along with senior management, executing deals (including financial modelling, documentation, liaising with the client, working with external legal counsel, consultants etc), and helping to manage the portfolio

Credit/financing experience and skill are necessary although sector experience is not

Desired Skills and Background:

- MBAs from leading institutes.

- Relevant experience is a must

- Real estate industry experience is not a necessity (although welcome)

- 1-3 years experience

- Good understanding of relevant domains - including financial accounts and corporate finance

- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Excellent communication (including presentation) skills.

- Candidates must be hard working and detail oriented.
