Skillset : Corporate Finance/ Pitchbooks / Financial Analysis

Skills Required :

1. Experienced in Pitchbooks / Financial Analysis / Equity Research / Corporate Finance / Credit Research

2. Its a backend profile.

3. CFA Level 3 Cleared candidates(USA).

Job Responsibilities :

1. Perform comprehensive and in- depth company and industry research and comparable company analyses

Develop and maintain financial models for a company or set of companies

2. Support various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences

3. Prepare presentations and other materials for client pitchbooks

4. Prepare credit approval memos and marketing materials (offering memoranda) to assist in the deal review process
