- Our client is a leading consumer tech startup headquartered in Gurgaon.

- They are looking at candidates with 2-4 years of experience in consulting, Big4 or corporates.

Job Responsibilities :

- Peer analysis for group companies, competition benchmarking, M&A Opportunities analysis, tracking developments & presentations, etc.

- Financial Due Diligence process

- Financial modelling and Valuations

- Presenting business cases for problem statements

- Responsible for primary & secondary research

- Identification of opportunities & investor outreach

- Initial pitches, execution of deals, data analysis, marketing collaterals, analysis of new opportunities

Education - MBA from a Tier 1 Institute

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 2-4 years
