Corporate Development Analyst
Responsibility :
- Drive industry and landscape research, and establish the necessary internal and external relationships to build a robust pipeline of potential acquisitions and new businesses
- Work closely with external & internal stakeholders to understand the major strategic initiatives for the organisation and identify the strategic gaps that need to be supplemented with corporate development activities
- Conduct evaluation of companies and prepare financial valuation models
- Prepare business case for potential acquisition targets (including profile, SWOT, accretion/dilution, recommendation etc.)
- Execute a wide range of complex international and domestic transactions including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, spin-offs, carve-outs, etc.
- Liaise with F&A, legal and secretarial, tax, HR, sales and delivery to seamlessly project manage transactions end to end
Skills :
- Preferable to have a good understanding of the US healthcare market
- Strong business and financial acumen. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills with the ability to delve in detail as well as think strategic.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, at ease with both business and technical topics. Comfortable working with top executives and leadership team.
