Analyst - Content - Knowledge Management

We are looking for an Analyst (Content) into Knowledge Management for an MNC based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

- Proofreads, edits, and corrects proposal text for style and correctness in meeting proposal style guide specifications.

- Active involvement in creation/development of Internal and external content - Case Studies , thought leadership, proposal content , executive summaries.

- Edit proposal narratives, correcting grammar, passive voice, and consistency to support ease of readability.

- Create and maintain all proposal style guides for use by all proposal staff and authors.

- Assist in the development, maintenance, production and submittal of proposals and related documents.

- Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages for our Internal Knowledge Management Portal.

- Write, edit and produce communications for internal audiences, presentations, newsletters, emails, etc.

- Collaborate and support the work of various internal working teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-4 years successful experience in writing, coordinating & Internal Communication role.

- Strong command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and excellent writing skills.

- Experience working with proposal/KM teams will be an advantage.

- Demonstrate expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
