Analyst/Consultant - SFDC Architect - CMT

Level: Analyst / Consultant – SFDC Architect

Operating Group: Communications, Media and Tech (CMT)

Work Permit: Valid H1B Visa have must

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience : 5-10Years

- Management etc. would be helpful

- Organize and facilitate delivery of sessions like Train-the-Trainer basis business/project requirements

- Provide Post go live deployment support, depending on project requirements, acclimatising the end users with the new systems and processes

Experience:

Specific experiences will include:

- A minimum of 2-3 years (for the Analyst role) and 4-5 years (for the Consultant role) of progressive industry and/or consulting experience; experience in a consulting firm is preferable

- Strong telecom industry background experience

- Consulting or functional experience for operators / service providers along with the following skills

- Ability to work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM

- Ability to lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed

- Have detailed understanding of Sales process and transformation

- Ability to perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements

- Ability to conduct process design documentation and supporting business needs

- Have detailed understanding on CRM work process and operations

- Ability to create development and integration plans

- Have functional & technical knowledge of PRM portal

- Ability to participate in business meetings and show the techno business skills.

- Have Force.com sites implementation knowledge

- Salesforce certification/ Related field experience

- Knowledge of BMI or other integration tools (Quote to Order process)

- Ability to perform Salesforce.com fixes that are reported on SFDC E-Workflow application

- Help Salesforce.com admin in fixing E-Workflow related issues

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Experience working with “C” level executive clients preferred

- MBA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 B-school

- Global exposure is desirable.

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach

Other Details

- Location – Gurgaon

- Travel - Ability to accommodate up to 80-90% domestic and international travel
