Analyst/Consultant - R&D - CPG Operations

We are looking for some into the R&D and Innovation part in packaging,formulation,designing part of Consumer Packaged Goods for one of our leading clients. Someone having an experience into FMCG sector is an added benefit. The opportunity is for both Analyst and Consultant level.

JD :

- Enable R&D and Innovation transformation required to support the Innovation strategy and processes through technology, data process, and talent.

- Understand and Optimize R&D operating models in CPG space through R&D diagnostics, Stage-Gate adoption, Insighting and Customer feedback collection etc.

- In-depth understanding of packaging and/or formulations development process. Support in creating, documenting and deployment of R&D work process utilizing specific capabilities (e.g. rigid, flexible designs, artwork, stability, validation and technical readiness processes).

- Enabling transformation in R&D utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for package/product design, Bill of Material Management, Engineering change management, product research, simulations, prototyping, product testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier integration.

- Assist in reducing Product Lifecycle Costs by integrated value engineering.

Job Requirements :

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School with an Engineering Degree

- 3-4 years of progressive business and / or consulting experience

- Strong CPG Experience (prior experience in FMCG countries) in R&D/Innovation functions.

- Notice period of 1 or 2 months.
