Job Description :

Accenture is seeking qualified candidates who are experienced with re-designing key product development processes and PLM Transformations for Electronic and High Tech clients. This position will be based in Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai, India with high international travel.

Typical Job Responsibilities :

- Enable PLM transformation required to support the Innovation strategy and processes through technology, data process, and talent.

- Design and conduct assessment workshop on clients- business processes and IT requirements in terms of Project Delivery and Operation Readiness

- Lead workshops with client for requirement gathering, solution scope design & To-Be Process design

- Develop solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

- Enable business innovation by creating new businesses with or for clients from the point of incubation to the scaling of new entity

- Assist in reducing Product Lifecycle Costs by integrated value engineering

- Creating, documenting and deployment of work process utilizing specific capabilities

Job Requirements :

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School with an Engineering Degree

- 3-4 years of Electronics and High Tech Industry Experience and / or consulting experience

- Functional knowledge of one of more PLM Tools (e.g. Enovia, Agile etc.)

- Strong communication and teamwork skill

- Ability to work in global environment

- Proven leadership and job ownership, with or without formal authority

- Rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies

- Strong aptitude, ability, motivation and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of marketing and business economics
