We are hiring for the position of Product Agribusiness (Grain)-Analyst/Consultant position in top most management consulting firms for Gurgaon and Mumbai location.

Job Summary:

- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along Agribusiness - Proteins (Meat, Poultry, Pork, Beef) industry to help them raise their performance to new heights.

- To work with leading Agribusiness- Protein companies, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

The consultant/analyst must be able to perform responsibilities across client delivery, thought leadership, practice development, capability development and offshore support

- Impart strong functional knowledge and guidance to Client and project teams.

- Support and help in business development and marketing activities to grow the Agribusiness consulting practice.

- To efficiently work for assignments along the Accenture Agribusiness - Proteins key segments - Meat processing, backward integration, Meat supply chain, Business transformation, and Sourcing and Grower development.

- To be able to deliver potential solutions along Producer services, Supply chain strategies, Operational excellence, Process optimization, System implementation, Commodity trading and risk management, Plant services, Sustainability and Business transformation for Accenture clients in Agribusiness.

- Supervisory role to ensure that the work/deliverables executed by the team members meet the quality expectations and meets clients expectations.

- To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions.

- Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the Agribusiness Industry.

- Develop Agribusiness related assets and methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing assets, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals.

Requirement - Experience and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years (for Consultant level) and 2+ years (for Analyst level) of progressive industry (MNC companies) and/or consulting experience in the Agribusiness - Protein (Meat) industry, and preferably in the sourcing/ Processing/supply chain/ Sales and farming related Industries.

- Should have worked primarily in all or few of the key industry areas such as Farmer services, Supply chain strategies, Operational excellence, Process optimization, System implementation, Commodity trading and risk management, Plant services, Sustainability and Business transformation.

- Should have very clear understanding of the value chains of Agribusiness Industries.

- Have strong industry knowledge and willingness to learn.

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School.
