Analyst/Consultant - Oil & Gas

Level: Analyst / Consultant

Location: Gurgaon /Mumbai /Bangalore

Job Description

- Research, develop, and deliver technologies that will enable recovery of oil & gas resources from remote offshore regions

Work with Oil & Gas engineering teams in a structured research environment to:

- Conduct conceptual feasibility studies for new technology ideas

- Develop high level design for capital project

- Work or coordinates effort with EPC contractors

- Plan and conduct equipment test programs for components and systems

- Develop and analyse models (exp: Well test)

Job Requirements:

- MBA in operations (Mandatory)

- Btech in Chemicals/Petroleumn preferably

- 1-7 years of experience in Oil & Gas processes (preferably in R&D)

- Solid technical, analytical, modelling and fundamental research skills required

- Strong communication and teamwork skill

- Ability to work in global environment using onshore offshore model

- Proven leadership and job ownership, with or without formal authority

- Rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies

Work experience:

Candidates who have a background in engineering & MBA areas such as those below will be strongly considered. Relevant experience includes the following:

- Oil & Gas experience (preferably in Research Engineering)

- Probabilistic and statistical design methods

- Numerical modeling of dynamic structural systems.
