Analyst/Consultant - Financial Modeling PPM - Global Infrastructure Finance Team

Job Role:

The job involves joining Organization Global Infrastructure finance team. You will work in the Gurgaon office, but will be in daily contact with the London, New York, Sydney and other GIF offices based team members.

KRA:

- Design, build and maintain financial models for PPP transactions to calculate cash flows from these transactions and to evaluate their performance via calculating ratios and returns of such projects;

- Providing model assurance service/model auditing following the shadow modelling approach, where proven templates are used to review client models;

- Reviewing project related documents like credit agreements, tax and accounting reports and payment mechanisms for assurance

- Working on Valuation, Advisory and Training assignments with the Global Infrastructure Finance teams in London, Sydney and New York.

- Taking an active part in a continuous process of improving the quality and productivity of spread sheet building, and of model auditing processes and procedures; and Interacting with the London, New York and Sydney based Global Infrastructure Finance team

KPI:

- Within three months the candidate is expected to lead projects from the Delhi office and supervise their juniors by directly communicating with teams across London, New York and Sydney logic problems; can anticipate questions and provide the answers as part of your solution.

- Timely & Quality delivery of task assigned to the team

- Managing TAT for projects been assigned

Scope of Work

- Working with leading BIG 10.

Desired Profile:

- Grade X & XII scores : Minimum 70%

- 1 to 3 years experience in Finacial Modeling PPM(Public Private Partnership)-Real Estate, infrastructure power sector, Renewable energy, Etc

- Excellent Communication

- Expert tuition will be provided in the Corality financial modeling standard, which is a market leading technology in the production of long term budgeting models. Working on model audit and model building assignments.

- Strong analytical skills and a critical and questioning attitude and enjoy the challenge of solving logic problems; can anticipate questions and provide the answers as part of your solution.
