Analyst/Consultant - Financial Modeling

- Building/maintaining financial models, identifying various cost/revenue drivers, forecasting earnings/cash flows and valuing the companies based on DCF, peer comparison and SOTP methodologies

- Draft industry/sector notes, thematic notes, initiation notes , result reviews, earnings commentary for sales and weekly news-flow with comments on potential stock price reaction

- Build and periodically updated multiple industry databases, automating the updating process to the extent possible.

- Prepare marketing packs/presentations for the analyst. Also attended investor conference, conference calls and interacted with investor relation teams. Also prepared quick notes for sales/ trading/ institutional investors.

- Closely track and analyze regulatory environment, macroeconomic trends, competitive scenario, operational and financial data and assessed their impact on covered companies.

- Involve in preparing information memorandum reports

- Building, maintaining, forecasting and analyzing complex financial models of companies

- Forecast revenue using predictive modeling techniques- regression analysis using various variables

- Involve in valuations using DCF & Relative Valuations.
