Analyst/Consultant - Business Process Modeling & eTOM

We are hiring for Top notch Management Consulting firm for Analyst/Consultant role from Tier 1 MBA college, kindly go through the JD

Business Strategy - eTOM & Process Design

Experience:

- 2-6 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience;

- Strong telecom industry background and experience with experience in Business Process Re engineering and Design in telecoms environment

- eTOM experience is must

- Experience working on a large-scale Business Reengineering or Transformation project preferred

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B School.

- Global exposure is desirable.

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior level executives in a range of environments

- Good understanding of role of IT in telecoms

- Experience working on a large-scale Business Process Reengineering or Transformation project preferred

- Understanding and articulating complex business issues/Telecom processes and addressing them with appropriate solutions

- Business process analysis

- Experience / exposure to industry standard models such as TOM

- Travel - Ability to accommodate local and/or global travel 70% -80% or more
