Responsibilities:
- Support policy governance and management processes along all stages of the policy lifecycle
- Support administration of policy approval processes through management of a policy repository and access to the Policy workflow tool
- Produce Updated policy management information templates
- Assist in development and administration of Compliance training
- Assist in management of quarterly curricula for existing employees globally in L@B system
- Support partnerships with external vendors to design and develop computer and mobile-based mandatory training, using traditional, interactive and adaptive learning formats, including editing for content and grammar
- Support administration of annual FINRA Continuing Education Firm Element Program
- Produce updated training management information templates
- Assist in gathering and organizing policy and training related information to:
- Support collaborations with product specialists and subject matter experts to identify and define firm-wide compliance policy and training objectives and content
- Support partnership with Information Technology to develop and enhance tracking and reporting tools
- Assist in responses to ad hoc policy or training related requests from divisional and regional compliance teams, employees or internal and external audit requests.
Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Compliance Policy & Training.
