compliance Analyst

Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Building dashboards to streamline compliance monitoring

2. Tracking and processing complaints and issues from network participants

3. Support development of SOPs for compliance monitoring on the decentralised network

4. Support design and development of novel automated systems for compliance monitoring

5. Support fact-finding and investigation in case of disputes or policy non-compliance by network participants

Ideal Candidate and qualifications:

1. Graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed college in India or abroad.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in working with an e-commerce, fintech or IT company in a compliance or operations role. exp range can be 3 to 5 years

3. Proven experience in stakeholder management and complaints handling.

4. Proven experience in business process automation.
